We was contracted to reformulate the strategy of a leading Swiss building supplier in the building shell sector. Organic and inorganic growth goals and the proprietors’ financial goals provided the framework conditions in a challenging market environment. Strategies for four business areas and the corporate strategy needed to be developed.
